The undersigned hereby applies for membership in the MINIATURE HEREFORD BREEDERS ASSOCIATION (MHBA), a non-profit corporation, in consideration of acceptance, agree to conform to and abide by the By-Laws, Rules and Regulations of the Association and Amendments or Modifications thereto which may, from time to time, be adopted. By signing this application for membership, applicant irrevocably waives any claim against and grants an absolute release to the Miniature Hereford Breeders Association, any member, employee or agent of the Association, for any act or omission in connection with the Association, including but not limited to, any enforcement of the rules and regulations presently in effect or hereafter adopted by the Association. It is requested that membership be entered as follows:

With this application, adequate funds are enclosed for membership in the MHBA for the current calendar year. A portion of this amount will be used to purchase a one-year subscription to the “Miniature Cattle Around the World” magazine. Membership dues are $50 in the US, Canadian and Mexican memberships are $55, all other countries are $60. Please send US Funds only. Membership is from Jan. 1 through December 31 each year.

If membership is in a ranch, farm or trade name, list below the persons having authority to do business for the membership with the association.

For federal income tax purposes, membership dues and contributions to the MHBA are deductible as a business expense.
